Kensington LiquidAUX Deluxe for iPhone and iPod

The Kensington LiquidAUX Deluxe for iPhone and iPod is an auxiliary car kit designed for listening to iPod or iPhone music in a car. It first plugs into a car’s lighter port, from which it receives energy.

It then plugs into the car stereo’s auxiliary input. After that, a compatible iPhone or iPod can be plugged into the unit. So long as the iPod or iPhone is plugged in, it will be charged, even if it’s being used to play music. Included with the LiquidAUX Deluxe is a 2.4GHz wireless remote for easily playing, pausing, and skipping tracks. Although this device is useful, it does host some serious faults: a requirement for lots of wires; and the need for an in-dash auxiliary port.
