It can be connected and removed from the phone in less than 2 seconds and is available in all black and also black with red Fish Eye and Wide Angle lenses. All iPhone apps work with the Olloclip including Facetime, Hipstamatic, Instagram, Facebook and other photo apps. The lenses are crafted using precision all glass multi element optics, and a microfiber lens cleaning bag and protective caps are included. The Fish Eye and Wide Angle lenses deliver as their name suggests, while the Macro lens provides extreme detail in close up images. Created by a small start up company in California, the device was introduced in May of 2011 on the website Kickstarter, which is a developmental site that raises 'pledges' from those interested in buying the first production models at a discount, after which enough money is garnered toward a full release. The Kickstarter drive was a success and they are now available from the Olloclip website linked right here ------>
